Scout Next Generation (Scout NG) is the management tool for devices running eLux NG. Installed on the server it allows the administration of large server-based networks. Scout NG provides 100% management ability on three levels: firmware, user settings, applications. In addition, it provides help desk features, remote control for scheduling maintenance and updating the software, file transfer, and access to various logs for troubleshooting.

Before purchasing a license, you can evaluate the software by managing up to three of our Thin Clients running eLux NG. You can download the complete software and its manual from our Download area.

You need one license for each Thin Client you want to manage with Scout NG.

Scout NG works with embedded Linux eLux® NG, which is a Linux-based, complete desktop solution for fast, comfortable and secure access to Windows® and other servers in a server-based environment without Linux know-how.
